FULL PALLET RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER CONVEYOR

(MUST SPECIFY ELEVATION FROM FLOOR TO TOP OF BELT) 

This conveyor is 4'-4" effective width x 6’- 0” long and will handle a 48"  x 40" pallet weighing 3200 lbs.  The height of the roller conveying surface is 25”. 

The rollers in the powered roll conveyor are 2-1/2" O.D. x 11 ga. tubing with 11/16" hex bore sealed for life bearings and mounted on 11/16" hex shafts.  The rollers are on approximately 5-1/4" centers and every roller is driven by No. 60 roller chain and sprockets. 

The pop-up wire mesh unit will consist of 3 strands of 6” heavy duty wire mesh belting.  This belting rides on 2 1/2" O.D. rollers and is driven by cast iron sprockets. 

The frame will be of 6" structural grade channel 8.2 lbs. per foot, structural angle and tubing. 

Four inflatable air bags, all internal piping terminating at the regulator, limit switches, and a 110 volt solenoid valve will be supplied. 

This unit will be powered by two (2) 1.5 HP TEFC gearmotors to give a conveying speed of  30  FPM on the roller conveying surface and 30  FPM on the pop-up belts. 

The electrical controls will be by others or can be provided.
